Saturday night, the four of us finally tackled another restaurant off of our list, Fox Brother's Bar-B-Q in south Atlanta (foxbrosbbq). This place had an awesome atmosphere that was accompanied by the BEST BBQ food! First, this place is very popular and does have a long wait time for weekend dinners & parking is very difficult as well, but if you can get there early (6:00 is when we arrived), we still had to park on the street and waited for about 50 minutes. However, once we got inside, I couldn't get over the smoky smells and great music.
Appetizers:
Stuffed Jalapenos Poppers- Richard ordered one serving of them for the table. They came with 4 and are stuffed with BBQ pork, jalapeno, cream cheese, and are deep fried and dipped in a ranch sauce. (I would get them again).
Main dishes:
Richard: Combo plate with chopped brisket and bbq chicken. He got mac n' cheese, coleslaw, and green beans.
Alexis: Half rack rib plate (fall off the bone good). I got mine with mac n' cheese and Frito pie.
Ashley: Combo plate with chopped brisket and pulled pork. She got mac n' cheese and Frito pie as well.
Cole: The BC plate with double ribs and pulled pork. His sides were fries and mac n' cheese.
